- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute or any keto-friendly sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 tablespoon keto chocolate chips
Grease a microwave-safe mug or bowl.
In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the greased mug and microwave for one minute.
Remove and enjoy immediately.
Notes:
To bake this mug cake in the oven, follow the same preparation steps. Then, pour the batter into a greased ramekin and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes.
