Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute or any keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon keto chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Grease a microwave-safe mug or bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the greased mug and microwave for one minute.
  • Remove and enjoy immediately.

Notes:
To bake this mug cake in the oven, follow the same preparation steps. Then, pour the batter into a greased ramekin and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes.
