Method
- In a small mixing bowl, combine blanched almond flour, coconut flour, and allulose. Mix well.
- Add keto maple syrup and melted coconut oil, mixing until fully combined. The mixture should resemble creamy cookie dough. Stir in chocolate chips. If too crumbly, add more syrup or a few drops of liquid (milk works well).
- Enjoy immediately, or for a thicker, denser dough, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
